CCP Portal is a Community Complaint Portal designed for apartment and building residents. It allows users to quickly report maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, security, etc.) with location details and optional photo evidence. Phase 1 focuses on a clean, fast reporting experience (browser storage). Phase 2 will add persistent cloud storage, AI-powered prioritization, and an admin dashboard.
